本案是一個468平方的大平層公寓，是總裁的第二居所，不僅是一位總裁的私人避風港，同時，它還滿足高雅的家宴與專業(yè)的商務會客需求。

中山大平層設計儀式感與私密性二者精妙融合。不論是家宴，還是商務活動，空間配置都需巧妙安排。

This case is a 468 square meter large flat apartment, which is the second residence of the CEO. 中山大平層設計采用意式輕奢風格，是一個關于精致生活態(tài)度的敘說。它不同于一般奢華的繁復和浮夸，更傾向于內(nèi)斂、細致與品位的呈現(xiàn)。

在細節(jié)處理上，我們追求工藝的精致與材料的高質(zhì)，在樸素中透露奢華，呈現(xiàn)出一種淡定自若的商務氣質(zhì)。整個空間流淌著一種平和而溫暖的氣息，既展現(xiàn)了居住者的成功與成就，也激發(fā)了對美好生活的向往與思考。

在材質(zhì)的選用上，我們崇尚質(zhì)感與自然，中山大平層設計運用了大量天然石材、精選木材及精致金屬元素。色彩上則以深色調(diào)為主，搭配光澤柔和的金屬裝飾，傳遞出一種內(nèi)斂而非張揚的奢華感。
