沙盤區(qū) | Chat Area 

隨著樓梯往上，來到開放洽談區(qū)。這里充分考慮到空間的利用，拉高整體形象，提升業(yè)主的購買欲望，我們特地采用皮質(zhì)加金屬洽談椅、石材金屬結(jié)合的洽談桌，彰顯空間的品質(zhì)感。為每一位尊貴的顧客竭力營造舒適，安心的洽談環(huán)境。

As the stairs go up, come to the open negotiation area. Here, we fully consider the use of space, raise the overall image, and enhance the owner's desire to purchase. We specially use the leather and metal negotiation chair, stone and metal combination negotiation table to demonstrate the quality of the space. For every valued customer, we strive to create a comfortable and secure environment.

水吧臺 | Chat Area 

洽談區(qū)旁邊的水吧區(qū)，布置兩組皮質(zhì)吧椅來供客戶一個小憩。吊燈的選型也是一款具有變化性的組合吊燈，給人一種動感的形態(tài)。

In the water bar area next to the negotiation area, two sets of leather bar chairs are arranged for customers to take a nap. The selection of chandeliers is also a versatile combination chandelier that gives a dynamic form.

吧臺上則運用了意大利藝術(shù)家Annaluigia boeretto，“水”系列雕塑裝置！將水的動態(tài)瞬間捕捉，定格成永恒的經(jīng)典之作！再次呼應(yīng)我們的主題！
