建筑是四個(gè)既連續(xù)又分離的盒子，所以，空間的梳理和規(guī)劃就變得很重要也很有趣，我們希望整個(gè)流線曲折而多變化，“移步易景”，體現(xiàn)東方的審美哲學(xué)，同時(shí)把客戶的體驗(yàn)流線拉長。

Architecture is constituted by four consecutive and separate boxes. So, the spatial distributing and planning becomes extremely important and interesting during our design. We hope the changeable streamline can show the views on every step while you walking in the building. It will reflect the oriental aesthetic philosophy and enhance the customer experience at the same time.

我們用一以貫之的木頭作為主體元素，提煉地表現(xiàn)東方美學(xué)，簡單、溫潤。

We use wood as the main element and refine the oriental aesthetics, which is simple and gentle.

第一個(gè)盒子，作為接待和企業(yè)文化的展示功能，頂上的木盒子，下半部的淺米色石材塊體交互穿插，形成簡單的昭示和強(qiáng)烈的力量感。從第一個(gè)盒子到第二個(gè)盒子，我們梳理了一個(gè)有序列感的廊，實(shí)木的扁柱和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)合，細(xì)密地排布，并用寬臺(tái)階舒緩地解決了建筑約1米的高差。繞過長廊，到達(dá)項(xiàng)目展示區(qū)，即第二個(gè)盒子的核心功能區(qū)，展示區(qū)頂部采用強(qiáng)烈的構(gòu)架重復(fù)，營造一個(gè)“東方屋頂”。第三個(gè)盒子主要是洽談區(qū)，而第二個(gè)到第三個(gè)盒子中間還需要解決衛(wèi)生間和一個(gè)展示空間，所以洽談區(qū)和項(xiàng)目展示區(qū)是完全分離的，于是我們把吧臺(tái)作為連接兩個(gè)功能區(qū)的節(jié)點(diǎn)，吧臺(tái)和洽談區(qū)之間我們給建筑師提出做一個(gè)天井，把室外光引入進(jìn)來，使得客人經(jīng)過這么長的路徑，得到視覺上的休憩。天井成了整個(gè)洽談區(qū)的視覺中心，天井的立面完全按室內(nèi)的元素設(shè)計(jì)，有韻律的木格與懸吊的白色墻體相互咬合，虛實(shí)結(jié)合，隱隱透出天井內(nèi)松樹的輪廓。洽談區(qū)則完全做成了書房的感覺，到頂?shù)臅褡鳛榭臻g背景，讓整個(gè)洽談區(qū)的氛圍更沉靜。設(shè)計(jì)初期，我們給建筑師提出洽談區(qū)下沉的概念，這樣，客人在一個(gè)獨(dú)立而有圍合感的空間內(nèi)得到一個(gè)相對(duì)安靜的洽談和休憩環(huán)境。第三個(gè)盒子再深入，我們做了一個(gè)書院，用作活動(dòng)和分享功能，安詳幽靜。室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師

The first box, as a display function of the reception and culture board, the wooden box on the top interspersed with the lower light beige stone block, forming a simple message and showing a strong sense of power. From the first box to the second box, we combed a sequential corridor which is the combination of the solid wood columns and steel structures, and solved the problem of height difference of about 1 meter in the building.

Bypassing the corridor and reaching the project display area which is the core functional area ofthe secondbox. the top of the display area is repeated with a strong structure to create an “eastern roof”. The third box is mainly the negotiation area. But the second box to the third box still needs to solve the problem of bathroom and a display space, so the negotiation area and the project display area are completely separated, we create a bar as the connection between the two functional areas. And we construct a patio in the middle to bring the light inside, so that the guests can get a visual rest after such a long path. The patio has become the visual center of the entire negotiation area. The fa?ade of the patio is completely designed according to the interior elements that the rhythmic wooden grating and the suspended white wall are interknit with each other, and the combination of the virtual and the reality can describe the outline of the pine trees in the patio. The negotiation area is completely become a study room, The whole background is the bookcase which makes the atmosphere of the whole negotiation area calmer. At the beginning of the design, we got a concept of sinking in the negotiation area, so that the guests can get an independent environment that can chat and rest in it.

We made a quiet Chinese yard the third box used for activities and sharing.
