“設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)夢(mèng)幻城市很容易，然而建造一個(gè)活生生的城市則煞費(fèi)思量?！?雅各布斯道出了打造一個(gè)有溫度的空間的重要性和難度。深圳靜安府售樓處設(shè)計(jì)通過打造生活化、社區(qū)化且兼具公共性和靈活性的空間，以實(shí)現(xiàn)人與人的互動(dòng)與鏈接，是故事的生命力來源，也是我們思考的端點(diǎn)。Designing a dream city is easy, but building a living city requires careful consideration, "Jacobs explained the importance and difficulty of creating a warm space. Creating a living, community-based, public and flexible space to achieve interaction and connection between people is the source of vitality for the story and the endpoint of our thinking.

我們意在為來訪者打造一個(gè)能夠愉悅交流的空間，深圳靜安府售樓處設(shè)計(jì)使人們?cè)阡N售話語場(chǎng)中與對(duì)方產(chǎn)生更為自在和舒適的互動(dòng)。We aim to create a pleasant communication space for visitors, enabling them to interact more freely and comfortably with each other in the sales discourse.

寶格麗黑大理石與銅制燈的碰撞，讓整個(gè)空間兼具山水意境與細(xì)節(jié)質(zhì)感。深圳靜安府售樓處設(shè)計(jì)以復(fù)古畫框詮釋的茶事系列畫品，將英倫氣質(zhì)與現(xiàn)代東方語境完美糅合。The collision between Bulgari black marble and copper lamps gives the entire space a sense of landscape and detail. The tea affairs series, interpreted with retro frames, perfectly blends British temperament with modern Eastern context.

深圳靜安府售樓處設(shè)計(jì)將銷售功能自然的融入茶文化空間，使它在都市青年生活方式之外，成為能讓共同的情感和回憶自然交匯與流動(dòng)的“院子”，這是我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。The starting point of our design is to naturally integrate the sales function into the Tea culture space and make it become a "courtyard" that allows common emotions and memories to naturally converge and flow beyond the lifestyle of urban youth.

深圳靜安府售樓處設(shè)計(jì)除了銷售中心，我們嘗試去深挖它作為一個(gè)交互場(chǎng)所的意涵，使居民重拾生活的溫度與實(shí)感，使其兼具商業(yè)性和開放性。于是在本案中我們呈現(xiàn)了極具連接性的融合，并期待它與使用者共生、共創(chuàng)、共享。In addition to the sales center, we are trying to delve deeper into its significance as an interactive venue, allowing residents to regain the warmth and realism of their lives, making it both commercial and open. So in this case, we presented a highly connected fusion and looked forward to its symbiosis, co creation, and sharing with users.
