這是我們對(duì)“民以食為天”的尊重,也是美食的傳承在我們心中重要價(jià)值的體現(xiàn),黃天源堪稱美食傳承的百年代表之一。
創(chuàng)設(shè)于道光元年(1821年)的黃天源,已有200年歷史。
初由浙江慈溪人黃啟庭在東中市都亭橋境設(shè)一粽子攤。粽子質(zhì)量好,生意不錯(cuò)。經(jīng)幾年經(jīng)營(yíng),即在都亭橋賃一小屋,開設(shè)黃天源糕團(tuán)鋪。歷經(jīng)百年傳承發(fā)展成為聞名遐邇的“糕團(tuán)大王”。
Huang Tianyuan, founded in 1821, has a history of 200 years.
At the beginning, Huang Qiting, a native of Cixi, Zhejiang Province, set up a zongzi stall in duting bridge, Dongzhong city. Zongzi is of good quality and good business. After several years of operation, they rented a small house at duting bridge and set up Huang Tianyuan cake Group shop. After a hundred years of inheritance and development, it has become a well-known "cake Group king".

上個(gè)世紀(jì)三十年代,黃天源進(jìn)駐蘇州觀前街,經(jīng)過了兩次翻造,自上個(gè)世紀(jì)七十年代開始,形成了之后幾十年基本沒有變過的傳統(tǒng)店鋪的模樣。

而隨著市場(chǎng)的不斷變化,客戶對(duì)于空間的體驗(yàn)新的要求,更多的“中華老字號(hào)”如何在新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下尋求生存和轉(zhuǎn)型顯得尤為重要。此次CHAO接受黃天源的委托,對(duì)黃天源新一代店鋪打造全新空間的體驗(yàn)。
With the continuous changes of the market, customers have new requirements for space experience, so it is particularly important for more "time-honored Chinese brands" to seek survival and transformation in the new market environment. 黃天源新樣
中國(guó)末代皇帝愛新覺羅溥儀的弟弟溥任親筆題詞“黃天源糕團(tuán)大王”,九十七高齡的著名書法家謝孝思題寫的“中華名小吃”,吳門派著名的書法家楊鼎美題寫的“米糯糕香”三塊牌匾高掛于入口上方。

作為2009年江蘇省首批“非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”傳統(tǒng)糕團(tuán)制作技藝的黃天源,餐廳設(shè)計(jì)新一代店鋪空間傳承百年老字號(hào)傳統(tǒng)糕團(tuán)“前店后坊、現(xiàn)做現(xiàn)賣”的模式,還增設(shè)蘇式糕團(tuán)制作技藝展銷區(qū)、“非遺”傳人表演區(qū),以及各色糕團(tuán)的自選區(qū)、禮品糕團(tuán)蘇州土特產(chǎn)銷售區(qū)等功能區(qū)域。
