不曾在預(yù)料之中的事情，總是充滿未知與驚喜。

Not in the expected things, always full of unknown and surprise.

當(dāng)方木中古的主理人（李志夫婦）帶著項(xiàng)目找到我們的時(shí)候。我對(duì)“中古”這一概念還不曾有過(guò)一個(gè)較為完整的認(rèn)知。如何做好一家中古店，如何傳遞中古背后的故事與價(jià)值，尤其如何削弱“中古”的舶來(lái)品意味而增強(qiáng)本土文化特性的在地融合，在中古店中呈現(xiàn)新的場(chǎng)景與范式，是我認(rèn)為最值得深思且有趣的過(guò)程。

When FMVintage’s owner (Li Zhi and his wife) found us.

I haven't even had a fairly complete understanding of concept of Vintage.

There are some thoughtful points and interesting thought process. How to do a good job in a vintage store？how to convey the stories and values behind it？ Especially, how to weaken their meaning of foreign products and enhance integration of local cultural characteristics. How to present new scenes and patterns in the ancient store.

“中古”一詞來(lái)源于日本。在日本文化中，“中古”是“二手”的意思，但又與“古董”的概念有所區(qū)別。具體來(lái)講，“中古”指的往往是那些舊的、被使用過(guò)的，但又非常經(jīng)典、值得收藏和使用的產(chǎn)品。

"ちゅうこ", comes from Japan, means "Second-hand" or "Old-fashioned" in Japanese consciousness, which is different from the concept of antique. And "Vintage" we normally said is included in "Old- fashioned" often refers to products that are old, used, but extremely classic, worthy of collection and use.

日本是中古包市場(chǎng)最為盛行的國(guó)家。這歸功于上個(gè)世紀(jì)七八十年代，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展，國(guó)際奢侈品名牌大量涌入日本市場(chǎng)，并迅速被消費(fèi)。這種奢侈品消費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象也引發(fā)了二級(jí)市場(chǎng)的流通，即多數(shù)人會(huì)在使用過(guò)一定的周期后，把已不再時(shí)尚浪潮之尖的奢侈品包包進(jìn)行二次的置換，又或是直接處理給二級(jí)流通市場(chǎng)，這就像一個(gè)追逐的游戲，并形成了一個(gè)迭代向下的循環(huán)。從而形成了如今龐大的中古市場(chǎng)。

The second-hand luxury goods is very popular in Japan.Thanks to Japan's booming economy in the 1970s and 1980s, when they  bought designer handbags as often as they bought snacks.Most people will replace or sell their existing bags and buy some new one,and replace,like a cycle.Thus formed the largest second-hand luxury market today.
