傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)知中的葡萄酒專營店酒莊設(shè)計(jì),往往是以“售賣行為”為主的,但當(dāng)ZUIE WINE的甲方找到設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的時(shí)候,卻提出了以“品鑒體驗(yàn)”為主的經(jīng)營思路。作為ZUIE WINE這個(gè)本土葡萄酒品鑒店的首店,設(shè)計(jì)之初,酒莊設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)就店面的具體空間功能和長期經(jīng)營模式都與甲方進(jìn)行了多次的探討。最終確定了以品酒體驗(yàn)和多功能社交為主的復(fù)合型場地功能設(shè)計(jì)思路。
Wine franchise stores in traditional cognition are often based on "selling behavior", when the first party of ZUIE WINE found the design team, they proposed a business idea based on "taste experience". As the first store of ZUIE WINE, a local wine tasting store. At the beginning of the design, the design team discussed the space function and long-term business model of the store specifically with ZUIE WINE. The functional design idea of a complex venue with wine tasting experience and multi-functional social interaction was finally determined.
在酒莊設(shè)計(jì)理念方面,通過與甲方的反復(fù)溝通,設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)考慮從葡萄酒本身出發(fā),圍繞品酒時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)的體驗(yàn)感進(jìn)行推敲,進(jìn)一步在場地空間內(nèi)強(qiáng)化品鑒的主題。
In terms of design concept, through repeated communication with ZUIE WINE, the design team starting from the wine itself, scrutinizing the experience that will appear when tasting wine, and further strengthening the theme of tasting in the venue space.
葡萄酒的品鑒與其他酒類較為不同,在這一過程中,被倒進(jìn)高腳杯的酒液會(huì)被數(shù)次搖晃,并會(huì)在杯壁上產(chǎn)生掛杯這一現(xiàn)象,而在此時(shí)仔細(xì)觀察酒杯,就會(huì)看到掛杯的酒液呈漸變的層次由淺至深延伸到杯中液面。由此,設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)決定以諸多葡萄酒中具有廣泛代表性的紅酒顏色為設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ),以掛杯后的漸變層次作為主要表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行場地設(shè)計(jì)。
The tasting of wine is different from other alcohol drinks. The wine poured into the goblet will be shaken several times, during this process, a phenomenon of hanging on the wall of the wine-cup will occur. Observing the wine wineglass, you will see that the wine liquid in the hanging wineglass extends from shallow to deep to the liquid level in the wineglass. Therefore, the design team decided to use the red wine color that is widely representative of many wines as the design basis. The site design is carried out with the gradient level after hanging the wineglass as the main form of expression.
店面門頭招牌的設(shè)計(jì),即對漸變的層次進(jìn)行了第一次表現(xiàn)。酒莊設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)使用覆有漸變印刷燈箱膜的發(fā)光燈箱,配合聚碳酸酯陽光板,在白天日光作用下,呈現(xiàn)出細(xì)膩的珠光白色,夜晚則會(huì)由發(fā)光燈箱透過漸變膜映射出彩色的漸變光,并在陽光板的遮蓋下,呈現(xiàn)出長虹玻璃的質(zhì)感和效果。
The design of the storefront signboard is the first expression of the gradient layer. Design team used a luminous light box covered with a gradient print light box film, combined with a polycarbonate sun panel, under the action of sunlight during the day, showing a delicate pearlescent white. At night, the luminous light box will reflect the color gradient light through the gradient film. Under the cover of the sun panel, it will present the texture and effect of Changhong glass.
